Tony has been brewing for over ten years and catering for over 28, including fantastic locally sourced hog roasts and real ales. He also caters for courses at West Lexham, showcasing the best of local Norfolk produce. Tony is now looking into brewing speciality beers as part of the redevelopment of Wissey Valley. His latest ale is the Martyr's Blood beer, tinted with local blackberries, commissioned by the Rector of St Edmund's Church, Downham Market, which will be launched on 10th September.
