Having run a hugely successful market trading business for many years, Lesley now works to help producers trade more effectively at markets, recently leading a brilliant one-day course at West Lexham. Her experience in interior decoration means she is also able to advise us in arranging market stalls attractively. She is passionate about food and local produce, and convincing people that vegetarian food can be great fun as well as good for you and the planet.
